You have the power to raise your own vibrational frequency by your own Spiritual energy...the Psalmist, David, seemed to be tapped into this ability, possibly because he was a musician and a poet, but whatever the case, the Scriptures tell us that he
"encouraged himself in the Lord" when he needed to create a different reality for himself...we certainly see that he conversed with his own soul in many of the lyrics of his Psalms (
"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me bless His holy name"..."Why are you cast down, O my soul? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him"... )... in order to follow your authentic life path, it's important to know how to be a good steward of your own vibrational energy, so that you can connect with Divine Guidance, and manifest your best destiny, and to be observed, as David was, as a "Man/Woman after God's own heart"...
Many people detour from their true path because of fear, and fear always lowers your vibrational frequency, and makes you more susceptible to negative energy...instead of being victimized and intimidated by the pull of your own responsibility, or giving in to speculation that your true path may not support you, have faith in the Christ in you, the Hope of Glory...have faith in yourself, and in your ability to function on the same wavelength with the Creator...have faith in the perfection of the Divine Plan that you and God are mapping out together...this kind of faith will raise your frequency and allow you to have peace on your own, unique path...David said it this way,
"Even though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me!"...his ability to encourage/energize himself kept his faith strong, and enabled him to do exploits...he seemed to have no concept of being separated from Source (
"Where can I go from your presence?"..."If I make my bed in Sheol ("the Unseen Realm"), Behold, You are there!")...
Another way to raise your frequency is to be aware of synchronicity...one of the ways that the Universe communicates with us is through "meaningful coincidence or synchronicity", or what we used to call confirmation or "being in the flow"...Spirit is always trying to get your attention to lead you onto your true path, or into your own, personal Abundant Life...some things that happen are indeed just random, disconnected events, but if you really open your eyes and ears, you'll find that someone somewhere is continually coordinating certain "chance" meetings, synchronicity, or coinciding events to guide you as signposts on the road to success...this requires balance and maturity, and the ability to remember to not read too much into some occurrences, but the more you pay attention to these synchronicities, the more sensitive and aware your spirit becomes, and the easier it is to discern when something that happens is actually a part of a bigger picture...as you delight in the adventure of synchronicity, it raises your frequency and vibration, allowing you to resonate more closely to the I AM...to be able to say, as David put it,
"He leads me in the paths (plural) of righteousness for His name's sake"...
Joy is also one of the signposts to indicate whether you are on your true path or not...David was so tuned into this that he could actually hear the waves of the sea "clapping their hands"...he exhorted all of Creation (everything that has breath) to Praise the Lord...if you do not feel joy in the life you are living, then you very well may not be living your authentic path (as another, modern-day psalmist put it, "
Clap your hands if you feel that happiness is the truth!" )...
Of course we live in a world where not everyone is observing the same thing and/or creating the best reality, and so there are challenges that cause people to experience pain and suffering and anxiety...but if you are experiencing these things too much and too often, they are inevitably lowering your frequency and vibration...the only good that come out of that kind of discomfort is if it makes you so uncomfortable that it inspires change...David said,
"When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the Rock that is higher than I"...if you are continually unhappy...if your heart is "overwhelmed"...it indicates that you need to make changes in your life and go to a higher reality/frequency/energy...joy raises your frequency and vibration under all circumstances...if you follow your bliss, or the reality that gives you joy, it will guide you to your true path...David said,
"You have turned for me my mourning into dancing"...joy connects you with the Divine...
There's no doubt about it, when you are resonating at the frequency of joy, you attract more joy to yourself, and create it for others...David said,
"The zeal of the House of the Lord has eaten me up!" ..when you consciously stay in the flow of joy, things flow into your life, effortlessly, because you raise your frequency beyond that of pain, struggle and suffering...joy is also tremendously healing, as it raises one's vibration higher than the frequency of disease
..."A merry heart does good like a medicine"...David was so taken with these concepts, and physically energized by them that he used verbal imagery in his songs of having superhuman strength

"By you I have run through a troop and leapt over a wall!")...
Like attracts like, so negativity begets negativity...David expressed the ideas of departing company from negative influences to raise his own energy level (
"Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly...". etc..."but his DELIGHT is in the law of the Lord")..in order to raise your vibration and frequency, it is important to choose what you think, what you say, what you watch, what you read and what you surround yourself with...the Psalmist put it this way when he prayed,
"Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart be acceptable..."
A lot of the things David wrote about also had to do with renewal and living in the now
..."Remember not the sins of my youth"..."This is the day the Lord has made"..."Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagles"...to raise your vibrational energy, let go of what no longer serves you, but let it go with love and blessings for having served you up to now...the things that we allow to hold us back also weigh us down and lower our frequency...
The Law of Attraction experts say that gratitude is the greatest shortcut to creating and attracting what you want in life...gratitude certainly raises your frequency and vibration to the highest levels of love and joy, or as David said
"Bless the Lord, and forget not His benefits!"...gratitude also informs the Universe what you want..it is the fastest way to shift and transmute energy, and to transcend negativity...David said,
"I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth!"...gratitude is known to be the greatest form of prayer, because every prayer is actually an affirmation
..."Who forgives all my iniquities, and heals all my diseases"...when you pray or meditate, focus on what you want to experience, and be grateful that you are experiencing it now!
David was a complicated man...he was often egotistical and paranoid...probably bipolar...certainly given to his passions and occasionally undisciplined in them...but he was creative and artistic and articulate and anointed and, among other things, a beautiful soul...a very human champion of faith who manifested the Divine on the earth in his day...and he taught us by example how to raise our vibrational frequency to live our best lives...as he said,
"Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever!"...
